Zoo Globe

For these Cards I have used the Zoo Globe Stamp set and coordinating Snow Globe Scenes Dies with the limited edition snow globe shaker domes by Stampin' Up!

I have made two birthday cards one more girly than the other however, depending on what your recipient likes they could go to anyone.

For the above card I have used Highland Heather Cardstock for the base of the card and Magenta Madness Cardstock for the front of the card. I stamped the balloon images all over the card front in Magenta Madness then decided where I wanted to place the shaker dome and cut it out using the coordinating die. Attaching the dome was very easy as they already have adhesive on both sides of the rim. I stamped and coloured the inside images choosing what I wanted where and included the butterfly on the pink card. The images were coloured using Stampin' Blends, Old Olive, Soft Suede, Smoky Slate, Cinnamon Cider and Granny Apple Green for the grass. I cut out cardstock the image is on, to be larger than the size of the Globe. Selected the sequins I wanted to use which are from the Woven Threads Sequin Assortment, placed these on the middle of the image then stuck the globe onto the image making sure it was lined up straight and then stuck it to the card base then placed the card front over it and using the Multipurpose Glue attached it to the card base. The sentiment which is the base of the Globe is made from White Cardstock and stamped in Highland Heather for the design and the actual sentiment is heat embossed with the Silver Stampin' Emboss from the Zoo Globe Stamp set.

On the inside of the card I have stamped some balloons in the top right hand corner and coloured these in using Magenta Madness and Highland Heather Stampin Blends.

For this card I have used the same methods as above however the colour of the cardbase is Just Jade Cardstock and the card front is Shaded Spruce Cardstock the balloons are also stamped in Just Jade. The sequins are from the Whale of a Time Sequins assortment. I stamped and coloured the inside images choosing what I wanted where. The images were coloured using Stampin' Blends, Just Jade,  Crumb Cake, Smoky Slate, Cinnamon Cider, Daffodil Delight, Balmy Blue and Light Night of Navy for the birds also Granny Apple Green for the grass.

The sentiment piece is Balmy Blue Cardstock and stamped in Balmy Blue for the design and the actual sentiment is heat embossed with the Silver Stampin' Emboss also from the Zoo Globe Stamp set. The balloons on the inside of this card are coloured using Balmy Blue and Just Jade Stampin' Blends.
